Beacon Engineered Solutions is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands‑on work, troubleshooting, and being the go‑to person when equipment needs attention. If you like variety, independence, and working on a team that depends on your expertise—this role is for you.

- 4‑day workweek – (4) 10‑hour shifts, Tuesday–Friday, 2:00 PM–12:15 AM
- Strong pay – $22.50–$31.00/hour includes shift differential

🛠 What You’ll Do
You’ll keep our production and facility equipment running safely and efficiently by:
- Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
- Performing preventive and routine maintenance
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and emergencies
- Assisting molding personnel with equipment and process issues
- Making equipment improvements, upgrades, and fabrications
- Supporting new equipment and process installations
- Following safety standards, work instructions, and housekeeping expectations
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2‑year technical degree or equivalent experience in Maintenance
- Strong mechanical skills and comfort using hand tools
- Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and work independently or with a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to meet physical job requirements
- Forklift license (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Plastic injection molding experience
- Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
- Overhead crane experience

🏭 Work Environment
This is a hands‑on role in a manufacturing environment working with injection molding equipment, presses, tools, and facility systems. The majority of work is indoors, with occasional outdoor work.
